"This agent's office help need more training or something! I moved from one apartment which I had renter's insurance to another apartment which I also had insurance on. It was a whole month after I moved in to my new place for them to " notify the main office". I was still paying on my old apartment for that month. It took me calling them and the main office a few times! Unexceptiable! The main office told me that my agent will be contacting me but did they? No! We paid the renter's off for the whole year and it still says we owe next month on their app! Why? If you try to contact Jennifer her office team screens her calls! Nice! Looking for a new State Farm agent! 2 stars is generous in my opinion."

"Mi familia y yo hemos tenido una experiencia BASTANTE NEGATIVA con esta compañía. Teníamos con ellos asegurados 3 autos de los cuales desafortunadamente 2 de ellos sufrieron incidentes. Uno de ellos fue una estrellada por parte de otro auto, causando daños irreparables en una de las puertas. El seguro de la persona que hizo el daño (que también era State Farm) y el de nosotros (que no es nada barato) NO RESPONDIERON en lo absoluto. Nos dejaron esperando una llamada QUE NUNCA SUCEDIÓ, ni siquiera para decir que no iban a cubrir ningun gasto. El segundo incidente fue por un acto de vandalismo, destruyeron los vidrios del auto cuando se encontraba parqueado en una de las estaciones de tren. Al hablar con la policía nos dijeron que el seguro debería hacerse cargo de estos daños. Al comunicarnos con ellos negaron cualquier tipo de ayuda, sacando cláusulas y excusas para no cubrir ningún gasto, ARGUMENTANDO QUE SI QUERIAMOS ALGO MEJOR DEBERIAMOS PAGAR MÁS. Realmente esos seguros no cubren absolutamente nada, da igual tener algo super básico a pagar algo que ellos venden como mejor. La persona con la que hablamos no mostró ningún interés en nuestros casos, haciendo promesas falsas, como las llamadas que nunca regresó. Al final decidimos retirarnos de este seguro después de haber sido clientes por bastante tiempo. Literalmente solo se lavan las manos con excusas y pretextos incoherentes cuando al principio te venden la idea de que es un seguro excelente para tu carro. No les importa no solo que hay un daño material sino también un daño emocional por parte nosotros, tratando de solucionar algo que ellos saben que no van a hacer y que al final tu seas el que tiene que pagar los arreglos. My family and I have had a VERY NEGATIVE experience with this company. We had 3 cars insured with them of which unfortunately 2 of them suffered incidents. One of them was a crash by another car, causing irreparable damage to one of the doors. The insurance of the person who did the damage (which was also State Farm) and ours (which is not cheap at all) did NOT RESPOND at all. They left us waiting for a call that NEVER HAPPENED, not even to say that they were not going to cover any expenses. The second incident was an act of vandalism, they destroyed the windows of the car when it was parked at one of the train stations. When we spoke to the police we were told that the insurance should take care of the damage. When we contacted them they denied any kind of help, taking out clauses and excuses not to cover any expenses, ARGUMENTING THAT IF WE WANTED SOMETHING BETTER WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE. Actually those insurances do not cover absolutely nothing, it is the same to have something super basic as to pay for something they sell as better. The person we spoke to showed no interest in our cases, making false promises, such as calls that he never returned. In the end we decided to withdraw from this insurance after being customers for quite some time. They literally just wash their hands with excuses and incoherent pretexts when at first they sell you the idea that it is an excellent insurance for your car. They don't care not only that there is material damage but also emotional damage on our part, trying to fix something they know they are not going to do and in the end you are the one who has to pay for the repairs."

Our goal is to explain how it works and the decision is made based off of our explanation and your price. We understand your frustration. Based on your specific situation we can’t address it here due to privacy laws. We did call you back several times to explain but I know it wasn’t easy to hear our response. I’d be more than happy to reiterate the coverages of your policy to help you understand what you chose at the time your policy was started. We’d be happy to be a resource and make any changes to your policies going forward to prevent the frustration you are feeling today. "

"jen is amazing. i was affected by the recent storms. thankfully when we set up the policy she explained all the benefits of adding that water coverage. she answered my call sunday at 1pm. by 3pm there was a crew at my house disinfecting. she has a client for life with me. we need more Jennifers in the world."
